FAQ

How to register on doublet?

Doublet requires two people to complete a full registration. A partner starts the first registration and sends a key to the other partner to enable both of them communicate in a secured enviroment without any other party involved.

When the first partner gets to the page where the app ask you to input a love key, press the foward button and a prompt pops up asking you if you have a love key, if you have a key sent by your partner press YES I DID, if you dont, press NO I DIDN'T and the app authomatically generates a new love key for you and a button beneath for you to send the new key to your partner,

This means that your partner has no yet registered with the key you sent him or her. Notify them again to use the key you sent them to register. So that both of you can enjoy a private communication and secured connection.

Doublet is still under test and improvement, so please bear with us if you app crashes or you got an error during usage. We have a feedback setion for you to tell our developers the issues you have with the app and we are sure to fix it with the next update.
